Momentous things that have occurred during these holzzzz so far (Part 1 of probably many parts lol)

  • My fam friend had a daughter!!! And they chose the ugliest name possible.................... "Julia" lol it just reminds me of my lg sister jks ily lil sis.
  • The Hunger Games Catching Fire finally being released and all I can remember is me crying and hyperventilating and crying and then re-reading the books after watching it because I was so devastated about having to wait another year for the next one. I watched it with Thao and I'm so glad that I've seen her a lot during these holidays!
  • I found out about a new optometrist that does really cool glasses for $95 including prescription! So I got new glasses and also found out that my degrees had gone up. My eyesight is actually disgustingly shit so I want to get laser surgery in the future.
  • Lisa and Stevens birthday was just a small gathering but I enjoyed it nonetheless. I always love spending time with my lovelies.
  • Zhangs engagment party was so much fun! I think this was during schoolies so while everyone was out of Melb I was in Melton (aka the bush) eating good food and dancing with brazillian dancers.
  • There was a day when I went out with a couple of girls from school and I love that we were spontaneous because we ended up having lunch at this really cute Italian place in the city, I think it was on Collins St.
  • I lost my night market virginity these holidays and I've gone many times ever since because I love markets in general. The food, even though overpriced was pretty good. A must try is the prawn skewer from one of the seafood stands and definitely the filo meat skewers from Hoy Pinoy!! But my favourite would be the other non-food stalls, because they sell affordable candles, necklaces, novels and also heaps of other little knick knacks.
  • Hungs birthday was a great night to let l00se. I'm so proud of Larungkit Duo for how far they've come, and how much they've improved their craft. But yeah, met new faces on the night and ate good chicken.
  • The fam and several other family friends all headed on a trip to Bacchus Marsh to pick strawberries and cherries. If you've never been, then I highly recommend you go because you get to eat as much of the fruit as you desire, so I basically had a whole stomach full of strawberries when leaving.
  • Blams and Pauls 18th was a pretty fun night. It was good seeing familiar faces and meeting new people. But the only thing that annoyed me was the system of music that was organised in the garage, since people all had different music tastes and wanted to play their own music.
  • Thaos 18th kick started with us demolishing the yummy food. I swear the way to my heart is salmon sashimi (drooling just thinking about it). She also had a yummy tom yum hotpot and a champayne fountain!! Costumes made the night so enjoyable and it was funny seeing people guess what I was. We danced we drank and we drank again. It was sad leaving earlier than everyone else but I'm glad I got to share my babes special day with hurrrrrr.
